My Whole Order Didn't Arrive!Updated a year ago

We ship from all over the world direct from our suppliers. That means your order might come in multiple packages. Think of it like your birthday present every time you go to the mailbox! A different package everyday! 

However, you should get individual tracking numbers for each of the packages.  If you signed up for text alerts, you should get multiple texts each time a package is out of delivery.

If your whole order is showing delivered but you didn't get all the items, then we can step in and help.  If you purchased ShipTection Protection, then please file a claim at by emailing us at [email protected]

If you didn't purchase ShipTection Protection, please email us and we can work on a resolution.  However, we are not responsible for items being stolen or items being delivered to the wrong address.  That is why we HIGHLY recommend you purchase ShipTection Protection.
